Hi I placed order yesterday, paid deposit and received an email straight away, I entered my number wrong but corrected it after, but I haven't heard anything else even through email, is this normal practice 😅 or im I over thinking 🤣 tried looking for order in tracking but it dosent seem to work for me thanks

When placing an order online you'll receive 2 emails.
The first to confirm the order has been received, and the second to let you know the order has been processed (or call in if there is an issue).
Please check your junk/spam folder if you've received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed.
If you've entered the number incorrectly, and have not received the second confirmation email yet, it would suggest the order couldn't be processed. You'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and the correct information we need to manually complete it for you. They can then issue you the tracking
