To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi yes I have a tracking number but nowhere to input on the EE website - its a sim card and is supposed to be with me within 2 days ...there is nowhere to track sim card deliveries through EE and no team help is available on the phone..

Think I'll cancel my new DD and stay with my current supplier....

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

SIM cards are sent in the standard post, rather than via a trackable service.

The delivery timescales are 2-5 working days.
