Order tracking doesn't work

I upgraded to a new iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB on the 8th January. Received the confirmation email the same day, saying the estimated delivery date was the 9th. I did think hat wasn't going to be the case but my main problem is that tracking doesn't work at all and there is just no communication once you've made the order.

No and no dispatch email. I made my own post and they told me it would be 2 weeks from day of purchase so i guess sunday it should be dispatched? if not im going to cancel my order and go with another provider. 

they shouldn’t be able to sell phones that aren’t even in stock🤣🤣

tomorrow it will be 2 weeks for me and still nothing. absolute joke!

tomorrow will be2 weeks since i ordered iphone 17 pro max silver 256gb on 4/01/2025. are orders being sent out or what? im so fed up of waiting now
