Order status not updated couple of weeks still

HI, I have order online my phone 14pro max and have not recieved any tracking details. Was hoping this would be delivered ASAP as currently have a phone which does not work? Can someone please update on how long and if the order has gone through already upfront cost debit in my bank account nd no anyone ee executive answer   properly regarding this

I m not free for this everytime if not delivered my product then refund me
because 5 working day completed nd stil now not give me any updates
regarding my order so
