Final closing bill

Jeetacharya

Hello,

I have spoken to couple of EE customer support team and requested to process my final bill closing all the three sim and phone contracts i got, since i was leaving uk. They said it will be updated and processed in the next month which will be coming to £1510 pounds, But now again on 27th Nov i got a standard monthly bill of £173 pounds rather than the final bill. Can you kindly update and send me my final bill so that i can clear the whole amount. Now i am unable to contact or meet the ee team instore, cuz i have already left the country.

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account & don't send you out bills.

You don't say when you cancelled but when you did you were giving 30-days notice. So I assume you will be leaving some time in Dec. & should get your final bill on 27th Dec.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
