Order status. Website not much help.

Ordered fibre - order status page doesn't work - not a very good advert for EE!

Any estimate of when this will be working again?

What's happening when you try to use this link, and have you tried it in a different browser?

If you continue to struggle, I'd recommend giving our team a call and they'll be able to get this all double checked.

Do you have an order number starting with numbers? If so, are you using the Track your order link?

I have a number, VOL013-************.

EE tracking page is out of action.

The link in your message didn't work.

3 weeks gone by and wondering what's happening.

The link gets this response from three different browsers.

Non functioning website isn't a great advert. I have not looked at a console to do EE's diagnostics!

Not got the energy for more PIN tennis today so will call another time.

thanks, I had a long call to support and am assured that my order has not been forgotten.

Just had a call to update my order status. I could barely make out the details due to the accent but a property about one mile away from me was mentioned in relation to permission for digging work. I asked for the details to be sent by text or email but was informed that this was not possible! How can a company like EE not send an email to a customer? 

The order status page is still out of action. Any idea if this will be looked at? Should I wait a week, a month or a year before checking again?
