Upgraded a month early, had the confirmation email but that's it

That was using the app 

I went through the process again today using my phones browser and the upgrade has been despatched !

Something obviously went wrong with the first attempt

@Ringworthy  I would recommend you call customer services about this as I would have thought you’ll have this by now.  Your order probably didn’t go through.   The email you got back is an automated response. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
