Ordered a 14 Pro Max, was told the handset would be dispatched and tracking codes given to me within that time frame, however I’ve had no email updates at all despite my direct debit and successful order

It was a Gold 14 Pro Max 256gb, and it was ordered on Sunday the 8th of October 2023
