Trying to track my order and it keeps saying order number timed out and won’t work

Is it a device/phone on contract you have ordered or a purchase of a product from our tech store? Mobile contract orders would be tracked here My EE - Order Form and tech store orders would be tracked here ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order
If you are sure the order reference number entered matches the one in your confirmation e-mail, try the tracking link using another browser.
Once your product dispatches you would receive a separate email or text with the tracking info for the courier.

@Georgia5544 Are you trying to track with a tracking number or are you using your order number which starts with XKN/XKO

You'd only get your tracking number when the order has been dispatched and is with DPD.
What was it you ordered?
Did you get a confirmation email with an order number? (Please don't post the full order number here)
