Subject: Order Cancellation and Poor Customer Service - Order No. XKO***
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received regarding my order XKO***. Unfortunately, due to inadequate communication and unfulfilled delivery promises, I was compelled to cancel my order.
On [date], I was assured by a customer care executive that my order would be delivered on the preceding Friday. However, the order was not delivered, and £30 was deducted from my account. This led me to request a withdrawal.
Although my experience was unsatisfactory, I remain interested in purchasing the iPhone 16 Pro Max in Desert Titanium color. I hope that you will address these issues and provide a better service experience in the future.
I request:
1. A full refund of the deducted amount (£30).
2. Assurance of timely communication and delivery for future orders.
Order Details:
- Order Number: XKO***
- Product: iPhone 16 Pro Max Titanium
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.
Sincerely,
Kirankumar
Please modify it according to your needs.

@Kiran85 As you cancelled the order should you try and reorder you’ll be waiting more than 28 days for this model colour regardless of storage size as this is the turn around time at present. EE will not push you to the front of the queue when other customers are also waiting. EE don’t have enough for all customers and Apple can not produce them quick enough for all launch networks worldwide.
