I am trying to see the upgrade options for my partner's phone which is due to end soon, but all I get is this error option:
My account is in excellent order and I've never had an issue, why is this happening please? Come upgrade time if this is still happening, I'll be moving my services elsewhere with my money. Upgrading online is how I like to do it, I don't wish to spend ages on a telephone like it's 1995!

It sounds like it could be related to your account, @NoteLover. I know you're not keen on calling, but if you do, they'll be able to check your account to see why this is happening.

Welcome to the community.
Have you tried this on a couple of different devices to see if you get the same error message? If you have a VPN connected, please try without it enabled.

Thanks for reply, Chris. Is the same on mobile phone and laptop. I don't use a VPN. So am flummoxed.

Seems was chance to have a sales pitch to me, which is really sad. Due to nature of partner's contract I can't upgrade online until 30 days before end, but would have done it over phone while selling me other stuff.
