App Login Fail

When I attempt to login I get a message:

We can't sign you in

Your browser is currently set to block cookies. You need to allow cookies to use this service.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer that tell us when you're signed in. To learn how to allow cookies, check the online help in your web browser.

I have attempted to login using several different browsers & change settings but always receive this same message. 

Please can you sort this problem.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @gyht128 

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you go into the iPhone Settings > Safari, and make sure Block all pop ups and Block all cookies, are turned off.

I am having the same issue. I have made sure cookies are not being blocked, but it still says they are?

Welcome to the EE Community

Do you have private browsing turned on for your iPhone? If you open up just the website rather than the app, do you get the same error when trying to sign in? 

Have you tried to re-install the EE app?
