No matter which browser I use, I cannot do anything in Manage My Account. It always goes to a blank screen that says "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred". How can this be fixed so I can print my inoice

Have you tried the EE app, do you get the same error?
Also, have you recently joined EE or made any account changes?

Hi there, i posted earlier today regarding issues with accessing my invoice to print, No matter which browser I use, I cannot do anything in Manage My Account. It always goes to a blank screen that says "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred". can you please help

Hi, Call EE and make sure they have linked your account. I had same issue but took over a week and several calls before they fixed it
