I ordered this device with e-sim on a monthly contract a week ago (Feb 13th). It took 3 days to update that my order was confirmed and then on Wednesday 17th I spoke to one of your team to find out when it would be dispatched. The delay had been due to not having the phone in stock but they then informed me the phone was back in stock and that they would flag it to be sent within 24hrs. It’s now been 2 days and still no update.
Could you tell me when I can expect this order?

Short answer is no nobody can tell you becase there is no account access on these forums.
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for account specific questions if you have already checked EE order tracking.
