Hi I'm new to EE mobile and set up a new contract in store, I was told the phone wasn't in stock and would take a standard 48 hour delivery it turns out that EE doesn't have the make and model at all and was waiting for the manufacturer to send them which means I'm having to wait until it's available, that could take an excess wait of 7 days maybe more. I'm also unable track my delivery and it progresses, should the representative been made to create this contract without knowing the facts first and how can this be resolved?

Hi there @Owsty78
Thanks for coming to the community.
Timescales can vary depending on the model and the level of demand received, but we'll always aim to fulfill these on a first come, first served basis as soon as we receive stock.
Once the device has been delivered to the store they will be in touch to let you know when this can be collected. If you would like to discuss the order, please get in touch with the store and they will be happy to help.
Leanne.
