pay monthly phone order

so im unsure as to why but my order isnt showing up in my orders on my account, even though i placed the order yesterday before 5 and got the email for order confirmation. and im unable to track it, why?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

would i be okay to just wait? or do i ring them.

If the order isn’t showing in your account and you’re unable to track this, please give our Customer Support team a call. They'll be able to check that your order went through correctly and help further.

i plaed the order yesterday and they took my upfront payment and sent me an email saying thanks or your order with an order number starting with xko but when i go to track my order its not working like it just gives me an error message saying something along the lines of enter the correct info and email or number i used when i placed the order which i repeat and its still not working. but im unsure on ringing up as its only been roughly 24hrs since i placed the order so could it maybe because its not been long enough?
