Hello
I placed an order this afternoon via EE online store, payment has been taken £149 but I have not received any confirmation of my order which is bit alarming,
I have contacted the resolution team but have yet to here, yes I have checked my spam and junk folder
Please help

If you've purchased from the EE Store online, have you requested a callback or sent an email? If you have, then this is definitely the right thing to do as our team will be able to access your order and give you an update.
