Tracked my order and its saying dispatched yet it has no expected delivery date

If tracking is not available then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I can view the order and time line says dispatched just no delivery date 

Download the DPD app if you haven’t already using same details you used to buy the phone, you’re more likely to be told by DPD about you’re delivery than EE in my opinion. EE delivery stats are either way behind or don’t work correctly.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing any order after the 28th November was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 7 days)"


Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. It shouldn't be long. 

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details so you can track the delivery.

Still no update on my order yet the phone is now in stock tried calling and getting nowhere

If you've not yet had an update this indicates that it's still an Open Order, which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
As long as you have the DPD app set up, you should receive a notification as soon as it is shipped. 

That said, as it's been over 7 days, and the current guidance is now 3 days, I'd recommend giving Customer Service a call to ensure your order has not stalled. If needed the team can reprocess the order.
