Hi I have ordered iPhone 13 today on EE site. It completed all the way to the end and £90 has been taken from my bank. However I received an email confirming the order but asking me to “phone to discuss” when I phoned I was told that order looked fine and they weren’t sure why I had been called? Apparently will get the phone this Monday. How can I tell my order is definitely ok? Not received a tracking mail yet. Thanks
@Stevep1965 If you called everything is fine as it’s been checked. You’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you. Your order needs to be processed first then you’ll get tracking you should get this soon, tonight/tomorrow
