Hi,
I placed an order on Friday 12th April for an iPhone 15, 128GB in the colour Blue. I still have yet to receive a confirmation email, but the £30 deposit was taken straight away and has not been returned.
I called EE on Monday 15th to ask what’s happening and they informed me I had to pay ANOTHER £19 for the phone. But after paying this, I still have not received a confirmation email and I don’t have an order number.
I have now paid a total of £50 for this phone, and have yet to receive even a thank you for your order.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Thats the number I got from the website, they said my order is approved but I have yet to receive any confirmation email or tracking information.
