I ordered a new phone with my new contract and have had no update. When ordering it said usually dispatched within 1 day. When I try my tracking number it says “sorry, we can’t show your order details right now.” Seen a lot of people with similar issues on here. How do I find if my order has actually gone through or not? And how do I find out when to expect my new phone to arrive?

@Jobe1 if you want to check that your order has actually gone through you will need to call customer services. You will also receive a tracking number once a device is allocated to you. It does say and you stated usually dispatched in one day that doesn’t mean it’ll be one day.
