I’ve ordered a new phone as a new customer. It promotes next day delivery. 3rd day on and still no phone. I’ve tried to track the order but the system does not recognise the order number. I tried calling it does not recognise my telephone number. This is a very poor start for a new customer to EE. Even more worrying I’m seeing lots of complaints like mine.

@JuneHalliday  You need a tracking number to track an order an order number is just that.    You can call this number to call customer services if you can not call from a EE phone

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It was iPhone 14 pro max 256GB purple, the system said it was available.

I have tried that, there is no options for what I want, therefore selected disconnections. Waited in a queue for a long time so gave up. It’s really difficult navigating you website and telephone system. I’m loosing the will to live 🥹
