PS5 gods of war ragnarok voucher

I have just received my Sony PS5 console from EE, first ever console, setting the unit up was fairly straight forward though lengthy. The package includes 24 months premium plus vouchers and supposedly the gods of war ragnarok game, well there is no game or voucher for that in the box at all and I am having a nightmare trying to redeem these vouchers on the Sony website, the website keeps telling me incorrect email address and details not completed, I have spent half a day trying and following enclosed instruction. Please can someone help me and advise what to do, thank you.

Search the box as it's well documented that the voucher is thrown in and hidden behind the box flaps etc. 

Once you have set up your PSN account there is an option in the store to enter voucher codes.
