Order confirmed but order tracking isn’t working

hi, so i placed an order and i got the email today saying order confirmed. it won’t let me track the order through, saying that the order number/email or phone information is incorrect when it isn’t and im not sure how to solve this. thank you!

Try again in the morning. 

If it still does not work then call EE CS on 150.

Since my order has been confirmed, does that mean all credit checks are done/order is being sent or?
