hi, so i placed an order and i got the email today saying order confirmed. it won’t let me track the order through, saying that the order number/email or phone information is incorrect when it isn’t and im not sure how to solve this. thank you!

Hi Alex,
So, I got an email yesterday morning saying my order has been dispatched and it is making its way to me, so should I be expecting it today?
And it mentioned about how it’s DPD will be delivering it soon, and i’ll get a text. Will there be an email as well? I am just not sure if i used my own phone number or my old one.

@briannamckee3 Yes if dispatched yesterday I would expect it to be delivered today. Typically our DPD tracking information would be sent by text.
If you are unsure I would recommend giving us a quick call, just select the option to speak to us about a bill that will get you to the right place. As if you don't receive the tracking due to using an old number one of our guides can supply the DPD tracking information to you so that you can confirm when its been delivered so you can pick it up.
