Order confirmation

I’ve received an order confirmation, but no tracking information, upfront payment has been took… does this mean I’ve been accepted?

It does sound like it's going through the order process. If there are any problems with the order, you'll get another email asking you to contact our sales team.

Otherwise, your order confirmation email should come through within 24 hours of ordering.
