Hi, I ordered a mobile contract over the phone today. I was approved however have not had a confirmation email through. When will I receive this? Payment has been taken. Delivery is due Monday.

When you order over the phone with a guide, they will send you a link and screen share with you.
On the screenshare, you can view and download a copy of your contract.
If you didn't download a copy of your contract when you screenshared with the advisor, I'd recommend getting in touch and speaking with one of our guides.

On occasions, your confirmation may be flagged as spam by your email provider.
Could you check your email's spam folder please?

When you placed your order, did it display an XKO reference? If so, that will mean that your order has been logged.
