Order confirmation/ reserved order

Hi, 

I made an order today over the phone I passed all credit and identity checks. Advisor said everything is all good. I haven’t received any confirmation email or anything. When I call they say everything’s fine and that it states reserved order. They said it is reserved for me and once it’s dispatched I will receive an email but thought I would of had some sort of confirmation even just to say what I’ve ordered.

Welcome to the community.

I can understand your concern if you've not received any kind of confirmation email.

If you spoke to our team over the phone to place the order, they'd see the confirmation as they completed the order, but it would normally send an email.

Did they ask you for your email address?

Have you had a look in the junk or spam folder in case it drops in there?
