Order cancellednby the fraud team

Hi on 3/8/25 I ordered an iPad Pro m5 on the 5th I called and was told to go to the store, to be told that it was suspected fraud improved it wasn't alone with ID and told it would be releases since then I've been back and forth the original ipad has been can cancelled and returned and I'm trying to re-order
