Order Tracking Has Timed Out

Ordered Pay Monthly phone via EE upgrade on 1st Jan. My previous phone will not charge or turn on. I have no access to any other mobile device. I have recieved no email updates regarding the order or delivery other than confirmation of purchase.

Entered the tracking information to be told...

Oops! Your tracking timed out.

Search again for the latest info on your order.


I do not have a phone so I cannot call or conact EE. I live rurally on my own. I have no idea when my new phone will arrive or if it has already been incorrectly delivered. ANY advise or support would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community,

Unfortunately we have no account access here, nor do we know who you are, so you would have to contact customer service, either by using another phone or by using something like Skype, see my signature.

Did you check your spam/junk folder to see if there is an email in there?

You will receive confirmation from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. You can register with DPD, using the same information EE have with you, you can download their app.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

What model of phone is it you've ordered here, including the colour and storage version?

I'd definitely recommend checking your spam and junk folders for any updates like @Schockwave mentioned too.
