Samsung TV not delivered

Hi there. I placed an order for 65" Samsung on 31/12/24. But still haven't had any further emails or notifications. I can see the order sitting there as placed on 31/12/24. It's the 3rd working day and I'm guessing it still hasn't been posted? The TV I ordered said it was in stock.

Best give EE CS a call on 150 to establish when your delivery is due.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Tried this evening. No real options available for my query. Ended up pressing for sales. Got cold transferred couple of times. Finally got someone who was happy enough to check but said at the start of convo that if they couldn't find order they would have to place it again. (Typical considering they work in sales with targets). Obvs this works better for them by placing another order. I paid money down when placing order. I see the order number on the app and also in the email. She says the order number is wrong. It can't be. So I hung up. Getting nowhere. So frustrating.

What is the prefix of your order? As it is possible it is an order type our normal sales team cannot help with. If the order begins XKO our sales team should be able to help. 

If the order begins EE then that is our electronics team and you can contact them on 0800 0790 062 or ask to be transferred to them when calling 150.

If the order begins SO then the order is from the online EE Store who can be contacted here via e-mail Contact us | EE Store

Hello I ordered a Samsung tv on the same day I'm having the same problem I haven't had any update I've called EE customer services and AIT home delivery still nothing and no one can tell me anything I'm fuming.

Have you had any update
