Hoping someone can help.
I've just decided to switch from Sky Mobile to EE as Sky is terrible for data in my area. I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro and submitted a PAC code but asked for the phone to be delivered to the store.
I then had a weird email saying: 'Here's your EE order: please call to discuss' but there was no phone number to ring and no indication. Then, 5 minutes later I had an order confirmation with an order number (without the xko in front).
I then tried tracking my order, just to see how long it would take to get to the store only for the order tracking to say that the order can't be tracked as it's not a Pay Monthly phone but it IS a Pay Monthly phone I've asked for? It then asks me to ring 150 but seeing as I haven't actually transferred to EE yet as I'm waiting for the order to arrive, I can't do this so I don't know if my order is OK or if there is a problem and feel a little in limbo.
Have any of you had this experience? Does anybody know how I can contact EE to check either via email or phone (from a non-EE number). I'm not sure if this chat is monitored by EE staff but if so and you can help, that would be greatly appreciated.
