  • I ordered iPhone 17 pro max 4 days ago I didn’t get the tracking code or a delivery date I can’t message the number 150 ee I’m not happy with you at least send me a message when it’s going to arrive or a tracking code .!!

Welcome to the community,

Can you please let us know what colour and storage size so that one of the guides can check to see how stocks are? They cannot deal with accounts though, but can let you know if there is a wait.

Also, please make sure that you have the DPD app, as when the device is out for delivery, you will receive a PIN number which you will show the driver before receiving your device. You will get notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Have you received confirmation of your order from customer service? If  not, please check your spam/junk folder as it could go there.
