Did you get an e-mail confirmation with an order number to track the status of your order online?
It looks like at the time of your order our guidance was we expect to dispatch within 7 days of order, once it is dispatched is when you will then get the tracking information from DPD as mentioned.
For the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange the oldest back order we currently have is from 25th Jan.

Welcome to the community,
Can you please let us know what colour and storage size so that one of the guides can check to see how stocks are? They cannot deal with accounts though, but can let you know if there is a wait.
Also, please make sure that you have the DPD app, as when the device is out for delivery, you will receive a PIN number which you will show the driver before receiving your device. You will get notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
Have you received confirmation of your order from customer service? If not, please check your spam/junk folder as it could go there.

Try downloading the DPD app.
You may have ordered but your order is not processed yet. If you have no order number speak to EE CS on 150.
