Did you mean:

Order Placed, but estimated delivery date.

I placed an order and received an order number beginning in EE which I luckily managed to write down.

However, I never received email confirmation from EE (I've checked spam, it's not there).

How can I find out the estimated delivery date of my order?

Likewise, on the orders tab on the EE website, the status of my order is Order Placed. Does this mean it's been accepted or just requested?

Thanks for coming back with that information @NiceDudeMan

Usually you will receive a email confirming the order has been successfully placed once the team have received and accepted the order.

I would recommend giving our guides a call Contact Us | Help & Support | EE to have a look on your account and check the status. They will be able to confirm what is happening.

Good morning @NiceDudeMan

Welcome to the community.

I can imagine you are eager to get your order.

What was it you ordered?

And when did you place the order?

You can track your order here ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order

Thanks

Hi Ritu,

I preordered a Switch 2 as a gift, so I'm just after some reassurance everything goes smoothly.

When I track the order, it doesn't give an estimated delivery date, and just states order Placed. Does this mean it's been accepted and if so, can I expect this to be delivered on launch day (05/06) ?

Thanks for the help
