Hi,
I had just placed an order this morning for an iPhone 15 + contract. I got the attached email just after placing my order but about 2 minutes later got a text that my order was cancelled. I phoned the sales team just to see what was wrong and if data verification was needed but the representative was unable to find any record of the order in my account or provide reasoning as to why the order had been cancelled. My account has also been debited for this and while I understand I will be refunded, I’m just wondering if anyone knows why this has happened?

Did the agent search with your order number and payment information?
