Online SIM order not arrived

Hello,

Can someone help me please made an order this Sunday, 01/10/2023, sim only deal online heard nothing since the last email recieved was the EE About your Direct Debit even received a text message this afternoon asking how satisfied you were with the delivery of your SIM card. Anyone check this up for me, please.

Hello, Leanne called up yesterday, and somehow my account wasn't on the system. The agent made a new order, which was very strange. This SIM will be sent via first-class delivery.

Update SIM arrived yesterday, number transferred over this morning, and switched to eSIM this afternoon without issues.

Now I am in the process of getting the £7-a-month plan for my Apple Watch.

Do I do this via the Apple Watch app first? And call the 150 and provide you the EID or SEID number to push the e-sim to your watch. The Apple Watch plan has its own number to start with, and then EE links it to your iPhone number. Any experts who care to shine a light on this is this the correct method.

What I have noticed is that the Apple Watch app says £7 a month with unlimited Watch data. Some people say you only get 10GB a month.

Hi @coconutxone,

You should be able to setup your watch plan directly in the Apple Watch app without calling Customer Care.

Your watch will have its own number for billing purposes, but will be linked with your existing phone number at an account level to allow you to make calls when out of range of your phone.

Help a lot going to call It seems like EE offers the £5-a-month, 12-month SIM watch plan reading the other threads.

Spoke to customer services who were very helpful and placed a new order for me.  SIM has arrived and is installed and working.  A second new SIM has also now arrived so I will arrange a return.
