Why am I still waiting

This is a joke, I ordered a new Samsung Z5 Fold to help me with my studies at university. This was well over a week ago and I still haven't received a dispatched notification, I have ADHD and I am really dependent on the technology that comes with this device. To make things worse I have now found out that I have to go out and pay £80 for the S pen, I have been a customer with EE for many many years and I am really unhappy with the service.

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your Samsung Z5 Fold. 

What colour and memory size did you go for?

I'd love to see if I can find some timescales for you.
