I have been trying to purchase an iPhone 15 online. Go through all the stages then I’m asked to contact an 0800 number after almost an hour on the phone with Daniel he apologies and says we have a technical issue can I call you back tomorrow?
thud evening he calls back and wants to start the whole thing again and all of this after taking a £100 deposit. I’ve been with EE ( Orange) for over 14 years. They know everything about me and yet we have to go through all of this. EE no more I’m off to a n other. As someone who works in customer service I cannot believe a company like EE can take their customers for granted like this. Be nice to hear from EE but not holding my breath.

I am sorry to hear there was a technical issue when trying to process your order first time.
If your order information was not available for the agent this would be why they would need to start the process from the beginning. I understand this must be frustrating when you have already gone through all your details.
Has your order been processed by Daniel?
