Nreal Stock

 Nreal Glasses are Showing out of stock, some stores say they can order an It will arrive in a few days some. Some stores say they can't so. Are they now back available to order ?

I have bought these in January and sent them back for a refund after you had received them on Feb 1 due to being sent a used  pair. I am waiting for them to appear back in stock, I check numerous times every day and have never seen them in stock.  Are you suggesting that I should order while they are showing out of stock?

I placed my order on 11th March when it showed as 'in stock' and received my confirmation email straight away. 

Called EE on 17th March (as I was expecting dispatch 2-3 days like it showed on the page and email) and they said there is no order on my account. I gave them my order number where they mentioned it's awaiting stock for dispatch. 

Now the Nreal Air page seems to have disappeared - https://shop.ee.co.uk/accessories/pay-now/atp-nreal-air-smart-glasses/details

I spoke to EE today and was told that with the page disappearing, it might be a case that they wont get them in stock any time soon. I was offered a refund and cancel the order but decided to leave it for now.

Has anyone managed to get their order recently?

I finally got my refund after two months after they sent me a used pair!

Now I cant get any at all as they arent available. If they hadnt taken such a ling time to issue refund I would hae got them when they were in stock.  Ended up speaking to most of the CS team I reckon.

So frustrated with the customer service from EE, some of the worst I have ever experienced to be honest.

I am wondering if nreal are bringing out a new model soon as they seem to be so difficult to get.

 

I have had an order for  6 weeks no glasses and when i telephone them nobody seems to know what I am talking about, I have tried local store, store in Nottingham and Tottenham court road

I had to go and get the deposit I had paid in before

unabl;e to see in your website either. Are you not going to sell them anymore?
