Hi
Ordered Nreal Air on Monday, website said 2-3 days delivery, received order confirmation email but nothing since.. Payment has cleared my bank.
I tried to track order on website but it said cannot be tracked now, phoned EA customer services they could not help.
also gave up on trying to get help on website to raised a complaint.
Still heard nothing.
What can I do next? Seems reporting EE for fraud is only option left.

eventually spoke to someone on mobile care team, after being in a queue for 40 minutes, was then told that order was after placing my order it was immediately cancelled by EE as I am a new customer..
1- website should never have let me order if there is such a rule.
2- I was forced by BT to transfer to EE a month ago, despite being with BT for years, so I’m not actually a new customer.
3- I received no notification that order was cancelled, helpdesk said an email was sent, so that was a lie.
4- I paid for the item I’m full, money left my bank 3 days later. Strange that EE still took my money after EE cancelled it.
5- EE told me refund was not sent but has been now I phoned.
All in all disgraceful actions by EE.
