Not returning pack received

I order a new device around 2 weeks ago with Trade-in but i haven’t received any r return pack. I called and I’ve been told it could take up to 5 days to be delivered, but nothing yet, I’m a bit concerned cause I don’t want to be charged for not send the old device back even though is not my fault, somebody can help?

Since you have requested to trade in your phone, you will be fine, as this will be on your record. Return packaging are sent by post, so depending on the post depends how long it will take.

Hi there, I’m having the exact same issue. I even requested a new pack and nothing! It’s been 2 weeks. The phone is due to be back by tomorrow and I’ll end up getting charged the full amount if it’s not back. Please help!
