Hi I upgrade my contracts. Today coming my new phone and you send me used phone. I dont want used phone I want have a brand new. Can I cancel this and ordered new one ?

What makes you think it is a used phone?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
You send me a phone as w new one, I do tego have any information when I ordered new phone that will be a phone used not Brad new. Can I cancel this upgrade and sned back this phone?Wysłano z mojego urządzenia Galaxy
