I have been billed for a phone I haven’t received I done my upgrade online I received the order no tracking info etc however the order was stopped due to previous fraudulent activity on my account where someone had taken a phone out in my name I spoke to your team who said I would received a text to reorder my upgrade when dpd returned the phone to you however I haven’t and I’ve been charged for the phone I haven’t received
