Commend a member of staff

Hi all,

I have been having considerable trouble trying to get my final bill sorted as I kept being billed for £851 I did not owe. On Friday 26th June I called for at least the 4th time (having been told incorrectly on the other occasions it was sorted) and spoke to Sarah in the Falkirk office.

Sarah was friendly, polite, chatty and funny in a way that considerably eased my  stress over this. She spent a lot of time investigating the issue and ensuring that a solution really was found before she would end the call. She promised me that she would check it on the Saturday and if things weren't fixed she would call when she was next in work. On the saturday I received a revised and fixed final bill refunding all the erroneous money.

I believe that Sarah went far beyond the level of customer service I have come to expect and dealt with this complaint effectively and professionally to actually achieve resolution.I would like her to receive a commendation for her work.
