I wrote to EE to cancel my mobile phone account months ago and I’m still being charged. I don’t want to sieve hours on the phone. Is it possible to cancel contract effectively online?

Did you write in and use recorded delivery post.
There is no online cancellation you'll need to speak to EE CS.

No, only by phone or letter. How did you write? If by email it may not have been delivered or noted as EE provide no email contact. I should call CS & check the state of your a/c.
