Cancellation

I wrote to EE to cancel my mobile phone account months ago and I’m still being charged. I don’t want to sieve hours on the phone. Is it possible to cancel contract effectively online?

There is no online cancellation you'll need to speak to EE CS.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
