Extra charge

Hi, I’ve received a message saying I’ll be charged £2.50 on my next bill due to a delay in applying a price increase.

I don’t believe I should be charged for this. The delay was due to an error on EE’s side, and I was billed the amount you set at the time. I had no way of knowing this was incorrect.

Please confirm that this charge will be removed as a gesture of goodwill. If not, I’d like a clear explanation of the contractual basis for applying retrospective charges.

Thanks.

Marium

@Datchett1 : The contractual annual price increase this year for a SIM contract is £2.50. You should see it from this month. What amount was billed as set at the time & when?
