Hi, when I was upgrading my phone it had an offer of Buds3 Pro for £1 with it but I haven't received any voucher in my email or by text.

You're voucher code will be sent via text to the number associated with the S26 handset. 

This will be sent 14-30 days after purchase.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi, it's the S26 ultra and it's not been more than 30 days.

I didnt get the code either, I called ee and been told I have to call back after 30 days from my purchase

I have been told by ee that i have to call back when the 30 days passed from my purchase?

Yes you should receive your code via text to your mobile number within 14-30 days of purchase, but if you have not received it by the time 30 days have passed please contact us as our team will then be able to investigate and help get your code.

The offer for the Buds3 Pro for £1 was available when ordering any phone from the S26 range on a contract from 11th March to 30th March.

If you pre-ordered the phone before 11th March, you would not be eligible for this offer. You can see more on the offer terms on our Gifts with mobile purchases page.
