Hello,
I just placed an order for a games console and I have not received confirmation of the order via email.
I have also noticed that I'm not receiving the ones for my bills either.
Please can somebody help, thanks.

Yes I have checked everywhere
I have only received a couple of emails from EE ever, I have checked blocked senders, spam/junk nothing indicating the reason why I'm not receiving them.
It would be great if somebody from EE could look into this for me.

Have you checked which e-mail you have set in your contact details as it could be different to the one you are using to login with. You can check by logging in and going to Profile in the top right, Personal details and then it will be under Contact.
To check on how your bill alerts are set when logged in to the website go to Plans and Subscriptions then select Mobile Usage alerts under Settings and permissions.
You can set billing alerts to text or e-mail and see which e-mail is currently entered if e-mail is selected. Or via the app you can go to Profile> Usage alerts and it will take you to the website to manage the alert.
