Hey there,
I recently moved from EE to BT, and part of the move I was told I can get a Smart Hub Pro, Smart Wi-Fi Pro (if I paid £10 extra) and a Smart Hybrid Connect. Today the Smart Hub Pro arrived, but I haven't got the other 2 items?
Do these come at a different time? I can't find anymore details on my dashboard, and I can't seem to find a live chat to talk to staff? Could I DM anyone here?

Yes, Try calling CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig.
I'd expect this kit to be on the way to you.
